Startup PRDs should fit on one page (or one screen). If it takes longer to write than to build a prototype, you are over-documenting.

- Pair the PRD with a clickable prototype when possible
- Review with eng lead for feasibility, not line-by-line copy
- Replace sections with links to Loom, Figma, or tickets as needed
